Data Breach Services Provided by CyberScout to Grinnell Mutual Customers

Grinnell Mutual announced that comprehensive data breach and identity theft services from CyberScout are now available to commercial policyholders.
“Data breaches increased dramatically last year and already in 2009 we’ve seen two of the largest ones yet,” said Dan Agnew, president and CEO of Grinnell Mutual. “We’re expanding our existing partnership with CyberScout to now provide data breach protection and resolution services to safeguard our commercial customers, their employees, their data and their business reputations.”

CyberScout’s “Total911” solution provides commercial policyholders both proactive measures to help reduce the risks of a breach and expert post-breach services to assess, communicate and resolve it – also allowing customers to meet compliance regulations as required by state and federal laws in the event of a security breach.
Employees of the business and their immediate household members will have access to CyberScout’s “LifeStages” program for expert one-on-one resolution services and consultation from on-demand certified fraud specialists, plus credit and fraud monitoring tools, during various life events when consumers are particularly vulnerable to identity theft.

Policyholders will have dedicated online access to CyberScout’s proactive educational material, including daily threat alerts, investigative articles, monthly newsletters, white papers and preventative tips.

“Today’s challenging economic conditions present increased risks to the identity portfolios of business owners and consumers,“ said Matthew Cullina, CEO of CyberScout. “As we provide our expert services to Grinnell Mutual commercial policyholders, we protect their businesses' most important assets...the identities of their employees, customers and members.”
