Wawanesa Insurance is currently licensed to write automobile insurance in the states of California and Oregon. The company provides homeowners insurance to customers in the state of California. The U.S. operation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company of Canada, one of the leading insurance carriers in Canada.
