Bragg Mutual Federal Credit Union is a full service financial institution, dedicated to helping people better their financial status through education and thrift. Civil Service employees at Ft. Bragg, N.C. chartered our credit union in 1952. Since then, we have grown servicing numerous occupational and associational groups.
The credit union philosophy lives on. Throughout the span of years since its initial chartering, the officials and directors have adhered to the basis credit union philosophy of promoting self-help and mutual aid among the membership.
As the credit union grew both in members and assets, it became obvious that the basic savings and loan services initially provided would no longer meet the membership’s financial needs. More complex and varied services necessary for the financial well-being of our members, was and is the ever-constant objective of the credit union.
